Fr. Teodor Petrutiu Elevated to Protopresbyter of the Ecumenical Throne

October 18, 2015 | Fr. Teodor Petrutiu, Priest of the Sts. Constantine & Helen CHurch in Westland, Michigan, was formally Elevated to the rank of Protopresbyter of the Ecumenical Throne. Fr. Petrutiu was awarded the Offikion by His All Holiness Patriarch Bartholomew as he was visiting the Ecumenical Patriarchate accompanied by a group of parishioners.
